I've spent the last few days thinking about how I should end what's been a good part of my life for the good part of a terrible year.
Thanks for the money from advertising, thanks for the free hotel rooms, the luggage, the flights, the thousands of passport holders. Thanks for the lovely letters/emails and the hilarious hate mail and thank you for our entirely one sided relationship.
See you all again one day and hopefully on a less self-indulgent, mindless platform.

Ignoring the first three handbags which are really just there because they're good looking. Let's turn our attention to the lightweight travel wheeler. Elena Ghisellini reminds me that I like things to look like they've been crumpled at the bottom of the wardrobe for 30 years - no, really. My other half likes things to look crisp, starched and stiff while I'm attracted to things that look like the 'before' pictures of cosmetic gynaecology.

You have to envy the openness of gays. Imagine being approached, probably using the private messaging function on your white iphone's Gaydar app, and asked if you want to be on the most homo beach towel of all time. Straight people would at least have to think about it. I bet there were men fighting each other for prize position on one of these masterpieces, or wrestling or whatever it is that they do.
